We had a fantastic time at the pool, especially with our kids. It was great to unwind at the Juvenate club after a long day of exploring Cheltenham's lovely shops. The spacious room accommodated our family well.
My children wished there were more entertainment options for kids. A dedicated play area or kids' activities would really enhance the experience for families.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, and I really appreciated the free drink I got while I waited for my meal. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation after a long day. My only request would be for a bit more help with bags at check-in, but it didn't ruin my great stay! 😊

The hotel has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff at reception were friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. I slept quite well. The location of the hotel is great for exploring nearby towns and villages. the air conditioning didn’t work during my stay, making the room uncomfortably hot. Dining options left something to be desired. the breakfast wasn't very appealing, and service in the restaurant was slower than expected. I ordered a steak that didn’t meet my standards—seemed off, and my sauce was forgotten. I hope they address these issues soon.
